As we prepare ourselves in the biggest day of our lives, sending invitations and preparing all the necessary things, I couldn’t help but think about all the possibilities that we can do after the wedding ceremony. Honestly, I am not that excited anymore with the ceremony itself, but with the things that will come right after. I am excited with the fact that we will get to find some new stuff to buy for our new house. Now I know that there will be lots of gifts coming from friends and relatives, but one has to think on how things would work out right after the big day. Right now, I’m already thinking of shopping for some nice drapes for our windows and some new appliances for the kitchen.

With the drapes, I read somewhere that it is advisable to pattern the fabric with the style of the window and the designs of the furniture so I’m pretty sure that would be tricky. It also said that sheers should be considered as it gives better luminance to the room because it helps reduce the glare from the sun. Those are just some of the things that I need to consider before buying drapes and of course, there are more to check.
