Say no to crash dieting
Nothing beats the popularity of Glee, and I must admit that I’m one of the Gleeks. Their last episode was not only entertaining but touching as well. What made me really moved was the scene of Mercedes and her struggle to lose weight because Sue gave her much pressure just to remain Cheerios. In the end, she gave up all her diet and decided to stay just like what she is. It’s a lesson for young women, who are struggling with their shape. They will literally do anything to lose weight. Crash dieting is a big no-no to being fit and sexy. It’s a matter of discipline and eating the right amount of food. If we are only aware of the calorie and nutrient content of any food package that we buy from the groceries our condition won’t be in jeopardy. The bottom line is eating just the right amount, staying away from vices and enough exercise; there’s no need to follow a rigid diet.
