Medical uniforms can easily be decorated in a nice manner and still maintain its integrity if done properly. Keep in mind that doctors, male nurses, RT’s, MT’s and other health care professionals have tons of alternatives nowadays.

This would even mean that even if color coding is required within your vicinity, most of the time, your superior will let you choose something modern, as long as it does not take too much attention. Keeping a female nurse from looking feminine is allowed because it is the natural way of life. For men, keeping the medical uniform as manly as possible is highly needed because whether we admit it or not, majority of the people still thinks that nursing job should only be for women, so it would definitely help if they can express their masculinity in the way they put a scrub on their bodies. Trying to be attractive should also not be an issue because these people would communicate to others most of the time and looking nice is a must.
